To register deeds and other documents

Functions
1. Provide a Deeds Registration function 
2. Provide legal support and deeds training services
3. Provide Deeds Registration information and communication technology (ICT) management services to support the Branch’s objectives
4. Provide financial management and support services
5. Provide administrative support to the Chief Registrar of Deeds
6. Ensure successful delivery of desired solution outcomes (entity development)
