NOTICE TO PRESIDENTIAL EMPLOYEMENT STIMULUS (PES) UNVERIED APPLICANTS IN THE KWAZULU NATAL PROVINCE

 

The National Department of Agriculture, Land Reform and Rural Development (DALRRD) working in collaboration with the Kwa-Zulu Natal Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Development (DARD) hereby makes a clarion call to all applicants of the Presidential Employment Stimulus in the Province to avail themselves in order for the Department(s) to conduct the verification of their applications related to the farming activities they are currently involved in. 

 

Requirements for verification:

 

  • ONLY applicants who have applied for PES are invited to attend the verification visits;
  • The applicants are urged to bring along the original identity documents (IDs/Drivers licences) for verification purposes;
  • No individual(s) will be permitted to verify other applicants in their absence;
  • ONLY applicants which have not been visited by departmental officials are urged to come forward;
  • Applicants who are holding PES vouchers and those who have received and redeemed vouchers are not required to attend.

 

Applicants are urged to take note of the schedule of dates, venues and meeting points as reflected in the link. The schedule reflect identified local venues closer to the applicants in their respective areas. 

 

The Department reminds the applicants to follow the shared link to see the dates, venues, and times to undertake this important verification process.
